Family: Cactaceae 

This climbing perennial cactus is best positioned somewhere visible at night, as it flowers nocturnally, only for one night, and the flower wilts before morning, and you won’t want to miss seeing it. The flowers it produces are pure white and fragrant, and it will also produce an edible fruit although the fruit itself isn’t very large. This is the most widely cultivated species of the genus Epiphyllum, and for good reason, easy care and beautiful flowers make this an excellent houseplant. 

Origination: Southern Mexico, South America

Height: 1-2 ft in pots but can grow continuously up trees or anything else it can attach to

Growing Instructions: Sun to Partial Shade/Light Shade (protect from direct sunlight) 
Average watering needs, is fine with drying out between waterings, but will not like being consistently moist 

You will receive a plant that is very similar to the plants pictured however they may have grown some or depending on the time of year, they could be semi-dormant.  I have only grown plants in Florida and will send out anything I feel comfortable will grow here. It is up to you to know the conditions that these plants grow in the part of the country you reside. 

  

Ships in the 3” pots shown in the pictures. We put great care into packaging our plants but due to the nature of the items shipped we cannot guarantee that some leaves won’t be broken or fall off- It is normal to lose some depending on the variety (Sedum, Echeveria, Cotyledon, Graptopetalum, etc...). Many kinds of leaves will re-root and grow into a new plant. Some that do not are Cotyledon and Aeonium. 

 

Heat packs are available for purchase with your item to use if cold weather is expected at the time of shipment.
